We want you to love your Noah Kahan official merchandise, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour items and digital media are final sale.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
